Electroless Nickel Coatings |
Electroless Nickel Coatings
Electroless (autocatalytic) nickel coating is a highly functional, engineered finish comprised of nickel phosphorous alloy that creates a hard, durable surface. Electroless Nickel (EN) is offered in a number of phosphorous levels; heat treatment after application can be used to further increase coating hardness. EN coatings are considered essentially non-magnetic. They are applied to a wide variety of products representing a vast number of industries. The autocatalytic characteristic of uniform deposition makes possible the even distribution of coating on intricate shapes, including internal surfaces.
Chor Industries' production facilities are easily adaptable to a wide
range of coating requirements and finishes. Our engineering specialists
