Uniform Deposition
Chor Industries' composite coatings are used throughout the automotive,
chemical, aerospace, military, petroleum, and electronics industries.
The coatings are applied to a variety of items such as fuel injection
components, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automotive transmissions,
and safety restraint components, to name just a few.
Consistent plating thickness is precision controlled, providing new options
in component design and function when compared and contrasted with the
electrolytic processes utilized in conventional plating (shown above).
By virtue of their unique capabilities, Chor Industries' specially-engineered
composite coatings work overtime to:
- Deliver uniform thickness
- Offer hardness flexibility
- Decrease friction/increase lubricity
- Increase corrosion resistance
- Improve wear resistance
- Enhance uniform appearance
- Deliver true, even PTFE composite coating
